'If Only' Stephen King Sequels
If only Stephen would write a sequel to Salem's Lot. Besides The Stand being his ultimate piece of work Salem's Lot is the next best.
Its a great text about good and evil. I've always wanted to rejoin Ben and Mark and find out if they were hunted down by the 'survivors' of the fire they set.
What are your thoughts? What else do you think deserves a sequel?
If it's anything like his recent work, I don't think he should do any sequels. I loved King's early works, they are still amazing. Something happened during the 1990s, though. Aside from short stories, his books just seem to have lost the punch they once had.
Hmm. Sequels. I'm afraid to talk of sequels...lol. I loved the Ring and Grudge movies, but the sequels, not so much.
It's hard to make a good sequel. They did it with Halloween. Poltergeist was pretty good. Aliens was good. I like anything with Hannibal, so those are cool.
Maybe "Phantoms," by Dean Koontz? That was an awesome book and a good movie. "Something Wicked This Way Comes," by Ray Bradbury was awesome in both book and movie. It would be amazing if he could do a sequel.

my thoughts are, you're so right about "the stand" and "salem's lot".
wasn't there a "return to salem's lot"? i'm sure he didn't write it, but i thought i remembered a sequel of sorts.
