"'What's the point? They're all the same, some stupid killer stalking some big-breasted girl who can't act and is always running up the stairs when she should be running out the front door, it's insulting.'- Sidney Prescott, Scream"
Mr. May: Connor Ross (Again)
We just can't get enough of Connor Ross. Indulging not only my own latent pedophilia (he's just a teenager), but succumbing to YOUR belonging-in-the-gutter thoughts, we've brought back Mr. Scary Scud of the YEAR 2007 Connor Ross for your horror viewing pleasure. Mr. May is last year's winner of our Scary Stud Award, and was voted in as the overwhelmingly most popular Stud of 2007. Connor is back with an all new layout and some fun things to say.
Not only has his most recent horror film Driftwood (directed by Tim Sullivan) been nominated for a coveted Saturn Award, he did an all new photoshoot just for us! Check out how sexy Alfred Hitchcok's Psycho would have been if it had been directed by Tim Sullivan and it had starred the yummy Mr. Ross...
Scary Stud of the Year 2007 Connor Ross in "Psycho Redux" (all photos Copyright 2008 Paula Brunell) directed by Tim Sullivan.
In the years 1971 to 1980, the population of career B-Movie horror actors was on average about 82 percent of all actors who appeared regularly in any horror film. During those years, the average number of actors entering the industry each year was equivalent to 9.1 percent of the maximum number of horror actors. From the years 1981 to 1984, the average number of actors entering the system each year fell to 7.3 percent of what it had been in 1970, peak year, yet the population of the B-movie actor industry rose to almost 89 percent of all horror actors.
Which one of the following, if true, helps to resolve the apparent discrepancy?
(A) Between 1981 and 1984, the average career length of an actor in the B- Movie industry increased.
(B) Beginning in 1981, many of those entering the B- movie industry had moved from local theater careers in other states.
(C) Between 1981 and 1984, the percentage of actors acting in horror movies increased by 26 percent.
(D) In 1981, a SAG fact-finding committee proposed a downsizing revision of the industry's union programs.
(E) Between 1971 and 1984, the proportion of active B-movie actors actually auditioned and hired in horror movies has steadily increased.

If you were in The Lost Boys remake, what part would you play and why?
I would definitely want to play David. If I were to ever play a vampire in a movie I would definitely want to play the bad guy, badass type. 'Cause when I think of Vampires I think of like... the mean, evil, scary, sadistic type.

So, since the last time we spoke to you, what's the sexiest thing that's happened to you?
Ummmm.... the only thing I can think of that was pretty sexy (I know I’m lame because I don’t have mullllltiple occasions) BUT a friend of mine(lady friend) exchanged like.. Full depth back/neck/shoulder massages, and it was definitely sexy you could say. OHH! I also did a recent follow-up photo shoot for the Scary Stud stuff, as you know. It is called "Psycho Redux." we sort of did like a remake of the famous "shower scene" from the 1960 Alfred Hitchcock movie, Psycho. and for the majority of the shoot, which was about an hour or two, I was in nothing but my boxer briefs... taking a shower. Ha-ha. Annnnnd, for a shot of the shoot I had to pull my boxers down because you sort of see my ass. Ha-ha!! I mean... I am supposed to be taking a shower and who takes showers with boxers on? But noooo, nobody saw my...you know. So THAT was definitely something sexy I guess. Maybe more... Feeling nervous, or awkward I guess?

During which years did the Irish Potato Famine take place?
Well.... since I AM a HUGE history guy and I definitely did NOT look this up...ha! I’ll just go ahead and take a guess and say.... 1845?

When you look at a potato, what is the first thing that pops into your head?
Eating one? Or FRENCH FRIES!!! Yum.

Would you rather get: a back massage or your favorite meal cooked by the gal you love?
Well me personally... I would cook my gal dinner, and then give her a back massage. And then if she wants to repay the favor, she can. HA! SHE BETTER! But considering the circumstances... I’ll say, I'd have her cook me dinner and massage me.

Did you know that everyday in America, 12,000 teenagers become infected with a sexually transmitted disease?

Well... Driftwood was nominated for a Saturn Award for Best Horror DVD by the Academy of Science Fiction, Fantasy and Horror. And the ceremony is June 24th, so I am planning on attending, probably presenting, and hopefully winning! And even this nomination is great, 'cause then in July, Driftwood comes out in practically every country!! Including even poverty stricken third world countries!

What's the BEST twist-ending in any movie you've ever seen?
The best twist ending... hmmm. The only one I truly was surprised by that I can think of right now is Minority Report. That was a good movie. Kind of confusing. But good. And very twist-ending-ish.
I heard that you are on the official list of actors who support McCain's "Initiative to Reinvade Vietnam". How could you??
HAHA! I have no idea what you just said to me! I'm afraid I have no idea what you're talking about.

You have a lollipop. It is:
If you could do it all over again, which answer would you change in this interview?
None of them, because if I wanted to change any of these answers I would just change them before I send this out. And plus I actually did change one of two of them a little bit. But I'm not telling which.
