Who in their right mind would find this offensive? Its an ALIEN for chrissakes!
LOS ANGELES (Oct. 17) - A Southern California immigrant rights group on Friday asked Target stores and a costume company to stop selling a Halloween "illegal alien" costume it said is offensive to immigrants.
The costume features the mask of an alien with a green card and an orange jumpsuit with "illegal alien" written across the front.
Funny pun or tasteless insult? An immigrant group wants this adult costume pulled from shelves. The executive director of the Coalition for Humane Immigrant Rights of Los Angeles called it "distasteful, mean-spirited, and ignorant of social stigmas and current debate on immigration reform

The new "Illegal Alien" costume is causing a bit of a political bust. These illegal Aliens are not from Mexico, but from something out of a Star Wars movie. The costume consists of a ridiculous orange Prison jumpsuit with the words "ILLEGAL Alien" written in big letters on the shirt. Add to that a green card, and an Alien mask and you've got yourself a lawbreaker. Is this costume hurtful or mean you think? I think some wannabe protesters have too much time on their hands. Plus the illegal alien costume is pretty lame. The Barackula one is kind of ingenious, but I can only imagine what would have happened to anyone buying, selling or wearing a similarly themed Bush costume in during his administration.

Barack and his supporters already have money and don't need anymore public attention. This is stupid. Hasn't this alien costume been around for a few years? What's offensive is how much it costs.
