Real Life 'Dead Girl': Kids find and play with corpse for 11 days

If you thought the idea of a bunch of teenagers hanging out with a dead zombie chick and having sex with her in the new horror film Dead Girl was just fiction, check out this sick story all the way from Auckland, New Zealand.
An 8-year-old boy found a body in a creek near his house on July 25, 2009 in Auckland and played with it. Because he thought it was a crocodile corpse. He was stupid. He and his friends hung out with the dead woman's corpse for 11 days, poking at it and playing with it, before some shocked adult finally discovered what they were up to...
The adults finally told the kids they'd been playing with the decaying body of a dead woman.
"Three or four of these kids are quite traumatised," Mr Heka, who rund the local leisure centre and is next to a rugby league club, said.
It became obvious that the corpse, which had fabric and some hair attached, was human when parents tried to fish it out with a broomstick, but could not reach it. They then decided to call the police.
The body could be 39-year-old Alanah Brough, who was last seen more than six months ago. Detective Inspector Bruce Scott said the body had been there for at least a few weeks but possibly months.
"It appears to have been there for quite some time. It appears to be quite decomposed... We believe that it could be a female person in the creek, but until we get the identification done we won't know for sure."
The body is undergoing a post mortem. Kids are dumb.

Each day requires interaction with the dead, if we understand that dead means the profane masses (conditioned zombies). The remarkable thing here is that someone decided to call the police about it. Out of everyone involved in this story, the corpse seems the most intelligent, because at least it had the good sense to not embarass itself by speaking.
