Paypal Both Sucks and Blows

I may have mentioned that I am living in another country these days, and one of the unexpected joys of changing residence is that I have to change my Paypal account, because Paypal does not believe that Citizens of The World (with bank accounts and residences in more than one country) deserve to buy things and have them shipped easily.
I tried to switch around my account the other day and I instantly got a message saying that my account with the Pretty/Scary organization was canceled.
Is this a glitch, is there no longer a Pretty-Scary organization for de Wimmens in de Horror, or did Paypal just **ck me over like I think they did?
And if it's the latter, how do I fix it--?

ack, the org still exists, but i could never find anyone willing to work on it or update it, and stuff, so it hasn't really evolved into anything. Its probably better that your account is cancelled for now, since it needs some major overhauling to be useful to anyone!
