* Pretty/Scary gets roughly 350 thousand hits a month, from 25,000 unique visitors. (as of January 2009)

* Pretty/Scary's main audience is made up of horror film fans, and closely followed by people who love horror books and literature, music, art, and general film entertainment.

* Pretty/Scary's main audience is 60% female and 40% male, between the ages of 15 and 50.

* Pretty/Scary sells advertising on a regular basis to Special Ops Media, MPRM, GorillaNation, Lionsgate Films, Anchor Bay, and many independent and individual business owners.

Pricing

* Ad pricing is based on week-long ad intervals. This, however, is negotiable.

* It is 100.00 dollars a week to purchase a banner in our banner ad rotation, which at any given time consists of no more than 4 clients.

* It is 400.00 (US) dollars a week to purchase the entire rotation (meaning that no other competing ads share the space with your ad).

* To purchase an exclusive box ad with no competing advertisers is 200.00 (US) dollars a week.

* These prices are negotiable. Fair trades may also be used for banner ad purchases (such as a banner trade or other exchange). We understand that some independent filmmakers or business owners may find these prices too steep. We are willing to negotiate with you and work with you.

* Your ad will be placed in our banner system, and your hits, exposures, and clicks will be tracked for a full reporting after the term of the banner ad campaign.

* All banner ad campaigns require a contract signed by both parties. Pretty/Scary will provide invoices for your records and for payment purposes. Payments to Pretty/Scary are made after the campaign is completed and the invoices are sent to you.

* Banner ads appear on all pages of the website, including the forums.

* We do NOT support or display Pop-Ups, or ads that promote Spam or Spyware.

* We DO support animated GIFS, JPG's, Javascript, Flash animation, and text links.

* We DO support horror-related site ads, films, and products. We DO support ads that contain profanity, nudity, or violent content. WE do not censor our ads. However, as a privately owned website, we reserve the right to deny ad space to a paying customer based on illegal content that would put Pretty/Scary in jeopardy, or content that is in no way related to this site or of interest to the audience.
